I am Carolina Shannon, founder of Mindful Order located in Santa Barbara, California.  Originally from Costa Rica, I hold degrees in Psychology and Business Administration (HR), along with certifications as a Life Coach and Nursing Assistant in the United States.  This diverse background allows me to approach every project with empathy, structure and exceptional attention to detail.
